About Me

A few years ago I decided to take an online urban sketching course and it opened up a whole new world of creativity for me. I ran with it and have continued to grow and expand my journey. I live in Duluth MN and love exploring the north shore of Lake Superior, it has plenty of material for me to sketch!

What I enjoy most about this process is sketching places and things with meaning and power, seeing them in new ways the more I look. There are so many details and so many ways to draw a scene.
